By using HouseRun (houserun.ng), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
HouseRun is a property search marketplace that connects property seekers with verified local agents. We facilitate the search, matching, inspection booking, and deal closing process. We are not a party to the rental agreement between seeker and landlord.
You must be 18 or older to use HouseRun.
The ₦3,000 search fee is non-refundable once an agent begins your search.
The ₦10,000 deposit is refundable if no match is found within 7 days (see Refund Policy).
You agree to attend inspections you confirm. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
Agency fee (10% of annual rent) is payable when you confirm you want to proceed with a property.
You must not attempt to contact landlords directly to bypass the platform fee.
You must provide accurate NIN and bank details. Fraudulent information results in permanent suspension.
You must only submit properties that are genuinely available at the stated price.
Off-platform deal attempts result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.
Transport compensation (₦4,000) is paid per confirmed inspection. Agent payout is released after deal close.
HouseRun retains 10% of the agency fee as a platform fee.
Submitting false or misleading property information
Attempting to move transactions off-platform
Harassment of any platform user
Creating multiple accounts to game the brief feed
Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
HouseRun facilitates connections between seekers and agents. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of any property. We are not a party to any rental agreement. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid to HouseRun directly.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via SMS.
